4974 [2] on operational service, the veteran inhaled respirable asbestos fibres in an enclosed space at the time when material containing such fibres was being applied, removed, dislodged, cut or drilled. on operational service, the veteran inhaled respirable asbestos fibres in an enclosed space at the time when material containing such fibres was being applied, removed, dislodged, cut or drilled before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. where the veteran inhaled respirable asbestos fibres in an enclosed space at the time when material containing such fibres was being applied, removed, dislodged, cut or drilled on operational service before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration, the first such inhalation commenced at least 10 years before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the veteran's inhalation during operational service of respirable asbestos fibres in an enclosed space at the time when material containing such fibres was being applied, removed, dislodged, cut or drilled before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.
