8471 [2] the clinical onset of the veteran's horseshoe kidney occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service. the veteran's horseshoe kidney permanently worsened. the veteran has suffered a physical trauma at some time.
8621 [5] the veteran has suffered a physical trauma to the site of the kidney at some time. 8474 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the physical trauma to the site of the kidney and VEA service for the clinical worsening of horseshoe kidney. 8477 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the physical trauma to the site of the kidney and operational service for the clinical worsening of horseshoe kidney. or 8478 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the physical trauma to the site of the kidney and eligible service for the clinical worsening of horseshoe kidney.
