13. Requesting a Research Report -

Request a report from a historical researcher, taking care to follow the procedures set out in DI C11/2005 [2]. The claimant and/or their representative should be informed that a research report will be sought.

A claimant must be given an opportunity to respond to the contents of any report received (Right of Reply) before the claim can be refused on that basis.
