2.3.3.5 The Duty to Provide Suitable Employment

Section 40 of SRCA [2], in conjunction with section 146, places an onus on the rehabilitation authority to assist a person who is incapacitated as a result of service injury or disease to find suitable employment.

Suitable employment is defined in section 4 of the SRCA, as outlined in section 2.3.1 [3] of this Library.
