Date of effect (DOE) and date of PI claim are both prior to 1 July 2013	OLD
DOE and date of PI claim are both on/after 1 July 2013	NEW
Date of PI claim is after 1 July 2013 and DOE prior to 1 July 2013	NEW
Date of PI claim is prior to 1 July 2013 and DOE on/after 1 July 2013 and… (a)…the new methodology will increase the client's PI compared to the old methodology… (b)…if the new methodology will reduce the client's PI compared to the old methodology…	NEW OLD
