3.2.12.3 Standards of proof

The two standards of proof that the Commission applies in deciding claims do not apply where a liability claim is determined on a presumptive basis under subsection 27A(1) or (2). The two standards of proof do apply to other ways of accepting conditions, including Medical Event On Duty (27(da)). Additionally, SoPs do not apply in such cases.
