3.12.6.2 What happens if the claim for liability is not accepted?

If the client’s claim for liability is not accepted, then the rehabilitation provider will be expected to assist transition the client to another service(s) that will assist the client. The Veteran Payment can continue for up to 6 weeks after the decision to not accept liability has been made.
