3.12.6.1 What happens if the claim for liability is accepted?

Once a liability claim is accepted the rehabilitation case should be transferred to the business as usual (BAU) process. This will not require a new R&C ISH claim, but the following steps need to be done:

  1. Enter an ISH case note advising the change to BAU, reason and date.
  2. Ensure that if a full INA hasn’t been done, that one is completed.
  3. While not a determination, the client should be advised that their rehabilitation program now fits under the BAU model, and what this means.
