ISH - November 2013
In November 2013, the Integrated Support Hub (ISH) was initially delivered for staff in DVA Income Support to hold and manage the following client generated "business dealings":
- New claims (MyAccount and DVA Online Services - Website)
- Updates to client income and assets in MyAccount
- Changes to client payment destination
