I want to express my appreciation to all those involved with CMVS releases delivered every six months since 2011.

Through delivery of online services, CMVS has strategically positioned DVA to be well-placed for the Government’s digital transformation journey. This included being an early participant with myGov authentication.

This work delivers substantial benefits for the Department and, in particular, for our clients. MyAccount, DVA’s online client portal, enhances and supports our traditional service channels. Using MyAccount, clients can view and make numerous updates to their records.

CMVS achieved MyAccount registrations by more than 10% of DVA’s client population.  Through MyAccount clients completed over 425,000 transactions online at a time and place that suited them.

All this was achieved while exceeding Australian Government privacy, technology, accessibility and security minimum requirements.

Online Services delivered by CMVS continue to receive strong support from members of the Ex-Service Organisations at national, state and local community levels.

With CMVS, DVA started a digital transformation journey. Now that DVA has matured its digital services it is set up for future execution of the Government’s service delivery reform agenda.
