Preliminary questions [1462]
there is some evidence that non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may be a factor in the development or worsening of the condition under consideration.1475 the veteran was treated with a non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug at least every other day during a continuous period of at least two weeks within the two months before the clinical onset or worsening of the condition under consideration.
the veteran's treatment with a non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug at least every other day during a continuous period of at least two weeks was materially contributed to by treatment of an injury or illness which is identifiable.1478 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and VEA service for gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
1479 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and VEA service for the clinical onset of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
6185 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and eligible service for the clinical onset of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
or
6184 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and operational service for the clinical onset of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
or
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service. the condition under consideration permanently worsened.4218 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and VEA service for the clinical worsening of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
6187 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and eligible service for the clinical worsening of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
or
6186 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and operational service for the clinical worsening of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer.
Clinical onset and operational service [6184]
the identified illness or injury made a material contribution to the veteran's treatment with a non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug at least every other day during a continuous period of at least two weeks within the two months before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.1480 — the identified illness or injury, which materially contributed to the veteran's treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, is causally related to operational service.
Clinical onset and eligible service [6185]
the identified illness or injury made a material contribution to the veteran's treatment with a non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug at least every other day during a continuous period of at least four weeks. the identified illness or injury made a material contribution to the veteran's treatment with a non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug at least every other day during a continuous period of at least four weeks within the two months before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.4219 — the identified illness or injury, which materially contributed to the veteran's treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, is causally related to eligible service.
Clinical worsening and operational service [6186]
the identified illness or injury made a material contribution to the veteran's treatment with a non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug at least every other day during a continuous period of at least two weeks within the two months before the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration.1480 — the identified illness or injury, which materially contributed to the veteran's treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, is causally related to operational service.
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred prior to that part of operational service to which the identified illness or injury, which materially contributed to the veteran's treatment with non-topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, is causally related.Clinical worsening and eligible service [6187]
