there is some evidence that using cocaine may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.12649 the veteran has used cocaine at some time.

on operational service, the veteran used cocaine within the 72 hours immediately before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the veteran's cocaine use on operational service within the 72 hours immediately before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
the veteran's cocaine use within the 72 hours immediately before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration was due to an illness or injury which is identifiable.12661 — the identified illness or injury which caused the veteran to use cocaine is causally related to operational service.
