Preliminary questions [32829]
there is some evidence that exposure to a volatile substance may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.32831 — the veteran has established the causal connection between exposure to a volatile substance and VEA service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.
32834 — the veteran has established the causal connection between exposure to a volatile substance and operational service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.
or
32835 — the veteran has established the causal connection between exposure to a volatile substance and eligible service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.
Clinical onset and operational service [32834]
32984 the veteran was exposed to a volatile substance as specified in the reasonable hypothesis Statement of Principles for peripheral neuropathy on at least 30 occasions within a continuous period of six months at some time.
where the veteran was exposed to a volatile substance as specified in the reasonable hypothesis Statement of Principles for peripheral neuropathy on at least 30 occasions within a continuous period of six months, the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy occurred within three months of that period. operational service made a material contribution to the veteran's exposure to a volatile substance as specified in the reasonable hypothesis Statement of Principles for peripheral neuropathy on at least 30 occasions within a continuous period of six months, where the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy occurred within three months of that period. the veteran's exposure to a volatile substance as specified in the reasonable hypothesis Statement of Principles for peripheral neuropathy on at least 30 occasions within a continuous period of six months, which was materially contributed by operational service, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.Clinical onset and eligible service [32835]
the veteran was exposed to a volatile substance as specified in the balance of probabilities Statement of Principles for peripheral neuropathy on at least 30 occasions within a continuous period of six months at some time. where the veteran was exposed to a volatile substance as specified in the balance of probabilities Statement of Principles for peripheral neuropathy on at least 30 occasions within a continuous period of six months, the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy occurred within three months of that period. eligible service made a material contribution to the veteran's exposure to a volatile substance as specified in the balance of probabilities Statement of Principles for peripheral neuropathy on at least 30 occasions within a continuous period of six months, where the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy occurred within three months of that period. the veteran's exposure to a volatile substance as specified in the balance of probabilities Statement of Principles for peripheral neuropathy on at least 30 occasions within a continuous period of six months, which was materially contributed by eligible service, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.
