11429 the veteran has undergone a course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck at some time.

11431 the veteran underwent a course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck for treatment of an illness or injury which is identifiable.

11433 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck and VEA service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.
