Clinical worsening and operational service [30488]
there is some evidence that treatment with a drug or a class of drugs from list 1 may be a factor in the worsening of the condition under consideration.30555 the veteran has been treated with a drug or a class of drugs from list 1 at some time.
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service. the condition under consideration permanently worsened. the veteran was treated with a drug or a class of drugs from list 1 for an illness or injury which is identifiable. the identified illness or injury is a condition for which treatment with a drug or a class of drugs from list 1 can be ceased or substituted. for the identified illness or injury, the veteran was being treated with a drug or a class or drugs from list 1, which was unable to be ceased or substituted, at the time of the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration.30560 — the identified illness or injury, for which treatment with a drug or a class of drugs from list 1 was given, is causally related to operational service.
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred prior to that part of operational service to which the identified illness or injury, for which treatment with a drug or a class of drugs from list 1 was given, is causally related.
