10268 the veteran had a dental procedure more than 2 weeks before the clinical onset of hepatitis C, for which the instruments were not sterilised.

10270 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the dental procedure and VEA service for the clinical onset of hepatitis C.

10271 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the dental procedure and operational service for the clinical onset of hepatitis C.

10272 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the dental procedure and eligible service for the clinical onset of hepatitis C.
