there is some evidence that inhaling, ingesting, or having cutaneous contact with a specified chemical may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.32817 — the veteran has established the causal connection between inhaling, ingesting, or having cutaneous contact with a specified chemical and VEA service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.

Clinical onset and operational service [32818]
32820 the veteran experienced inhalation, ingestion, or having cutaneous contact with a specified chemical on at least 30 occasions at some time.
the veteran experienced inhalation, ingestion, or having cutaneous contact with a specified chemical on at least 30 occasions within the six months before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. operational service made a material contribution to the veteran inhaling, ingesting or having cutaneous contact with a specified chemical on at least thirty occasions within the six months before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the veteran's inhaling, ingesting or having cutaneous contact with a specified chemical on at least thirty occasions, which was materially contributed by operational service, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
