4027 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the cigarette smoking and operational service for the clinical onset of malignant neoplasm of the pancreas.

23780 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the cigarette smoking and eligible service for the clinical onset of malignant neoplasm of the pancreas.

5037 — the veteran had smoked at least ten pack-years of cigarettes prior to the clinical onset of the malignant neoplasm of the pancreas, and where smoking has ceased the clinical onset of malignant neoplasm of the pancreas occurred within twenty years of cessation.
