Preliminary questions [22663]
there is some evidence that an inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease may be a factor in the worsening of the condition under consideration.22666 the clinical onset of the veteran's coeliac disease occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service.
the veteran's coeliac disease permanently worsened. the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease at some time.22669 the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease contributed to the clinical worsening of coeliac disease.
22672 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease and VEA service for the clinical worsening of coeliac disease.
22673 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease and operational service for the clinical worsening of coeliac disease.
or
22674 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease and eligible service for the clinical worsening of coeliac disease.
Clinical worsening and operational service [22673]
the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease during operational service. the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease during operational service, as a causal result of operational service duties. the veteran's inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease during operational service was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease because of an illness or injury which is identifiable.22679 — the identified illness or injury that prevented the veteran from obtaining appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease is causally related to operational service.
the clinical onset of coeliac disease occurred prior to that part of operational service to which the identified illness or injury that prevented the veteran from obtaining appropriate clinical management of coeliac disease is causally related.Clinical worsening and eligible service [22674]
the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease during eligible service. the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease during eligible service, as a causal result of eligible service duties. the veteran's inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease during eligible service was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease because of an illness or injury which is identifiable.22684 — the identified illness or injury that prevented the veteran from obtaining appropriate clinical management for coeliac disease is causally related to eligible service.
the clinical onset of coeliac disease occurred prior to that part of eligible service to which the identified illness or injury that prevented the veteran from obtaining appropriate clinical management of coeliac disease is causally related.
