Medical Report - Acute Cholinergic Poisoning - Peripheral neuropathy [MR9289]
Preliminary questions [35742]
there is some evidence that acute cholinergic poisoning may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.35755 the veteran had an episode of acute cholinergic poisoning within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.
35757 — the veteran has established the causal connection between acute cholinergic poisoning and VEA service for the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy.
35758 — the veteran has established the causal connection between acute cholinergic poisoning and operational service for the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy.
or
35759 — the veteran has established the causal connection between acute cholinergic poisoning and eligible service for the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy.
Clinical onset and operational service [35758]
the veteran's episode of acute cholinergic poisoning within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration arose from exposure to an organophosphorus ester or a carbamate pesticide. on operational service, the veteran had an episode of acute cholinergic poisoning from exposure to an organophosphorus ester or a carbamate pesticide within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the veteran's episode of acute cholinergic poisoning from exposure to an organophosphorus ester or a carbamate pesticide, on operational service, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
the veteran had an episode of acute cholinergic poisoning within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration as a consequence of an illness or injury which is identifiable.35768 — the identified illness or injury, as a consequence of which the veteran had an episode of acute cholinergic poisoning from exposure to an organophosphorus ester or a carbamate pesticide, is causally related to operational service.
Clinical onset and eligible service [35759]
the veteran's episode of acute cholinergic poisoning within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration arose from exposure to an organophosphorus ester. on eligible service, the veteran had an episode of acute cholinergic poisoning from exposure to an organophosphorus ester within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. as a causal result of eligible service, the veteran had an episode of acute cholinergic poisoning from exposure to an organophosphorus ester within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the veteran's episode of acute cholinergic poisoning from exposure to an organophosphorus ester, on eligible service, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
the veteran had an episode of acute cholinergic poisoning within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration as a consequence of an illness or injury which is identifiable.35769 — the identified illness or injury, as a consequence of which the veteran had an episode of acute cholinergic poisoning from exposure to an organophosphorus ester, is causally related to eligible service.
