Preliminary questions [29853]
there is some evidence that undergoing treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide may be a factor in the worsening of the condition under consideration.7334 the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service.
the condition under consideration permanently worsened. the veteran has undergone treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide at some time. the veteran was undergoing treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide, at the time of the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration. the veteran was undergoing treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide, at the time of the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration, for an illness or injury which is identifiable. the treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide for the identified illness or injury at the time of the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration was able to be ceased or substituted.29861 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide and VEA service for the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration.
29862 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide and operational service for the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration.
or
29863 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide and eligible service for the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration.
Clinical worsening and operational service [29862]
29864 — the identified illness or injury for which the treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide was undergone is causally related to operational service.
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred prior to that part of operational service to which the identified illness or injury for which the treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide was undergone is causally related.Clinical worsening and eligible service [29863]
29865 — the identified illness or injury for which the treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide was undergone is causally related to eligible service.
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred prior to that part of eligible service to which the identified illness or injury for which the treatment with nitroglycerine or acetazolamide was undergone is causally related.
