Therapeutic radiation to the region of the eye

The therapeutic radiation would only be relevant if it were given for a condition other than the one now being considered.

In this context the region of the eye is the orbit and comprises the area bordered by the inner side of the nose, the eyebrow and the top of the cheek bone.
