the veteran consumed at least 70 kg of alcohol (contained within alcoholic drinks) within any two year period before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the veteran consumed at least 70 kg of alcohol (contained within alcoholic drinks) within any two year period before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration where alcohol consumption commenced at least two years before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. operational service made a material contribution to the consumption of alcohol as specified in the Statement of Principles for chronic pancreatitis. where operational service made a material contribution to the veteran's consumption of alcohol as specified in the Statement of Principles, and that consumption has ceased, the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred within 10 years of cessation.Clinical onset and eligible service [10464]
