Actions arising from Report B
Report B: “Clients fully or partially matched who do not have appropriate residential situation code” will be produced fortnightly.
Now that the bulk cancellation of rent assistance has occurred, cleanup of these cases is no longer linked to the automatic cancellation of rent assistance.
Any cases that have not been cleaned up and still have rent assistance in payment, will now have to have their residential situation updated and rent assistance cancelled manually for the next available payday More
