Recovery of overpayment from third party damages action

At any time in a recovery process third party damages action may be awarded at which point a request from a lawyer will be made for DVA to submit an itemised account of all payments made to and on behalf of the claimant.

1. The itemised account should be a detailed list of all payments made to the claimant and on behalf of the claimant and include monies received from the claimant at a specific point in time.
