1.  The purpose of this DCA is to provide delegates with a summary of rates of benefits under the SRC Act together with amount of the "Average Weekly Ordinary Time Earnings of Full-Time Adults", since 1 December 1988.

2.  A consolidated list of the relevant rates and the sub-sections to which they apply is attached at Tables 1 and 2.
