Where There Is Data On The 'List' Screen

Where the list screen shows data, it means that for the provider number or claim number entered, there are already existing recovery accounts.  These will need to be checked to ensure that an account has not already been set up for the overpayment which is currently being created.

Additionally, where the listed information relates to a provider and there are many active accounts, consideration may need to be given to the option of 'offsetting' rather than 'money in'.

If existing accounts do not relate to the overpayment to be recorded, at the base of the screen is a function key, F10, which must be selected to invoke the 'Create Recovery' screen.
