The Write Off Delegation

Each state manager has the delegation to write off overpayments.  However, other claims staff would normally be expected to undertake investigation and provide a write off recommendation.

It is the state manager's role to then consider that recommendation and use his or her delegation to make a decision whether to write off the debt.
