As with all incapacity accounts set up by PRACSYS for incapacity for direct payees, the screen:

defaults to 'inactive'; and
-
the 'Recovery Type' is identified as 'D' (DoF);
but no further details are entered. This is left for the claims manager to complete as part of recovery procedures, including negotiation with the employee's Estate.
