F11 = View Recoveries

Where a recovery account has been linked to the claim invoice record (which occurs once line items are allocated through either the 'CORA' (Create Overpayment Recovery Account) or 'CRLI' (Create Recovery Line Items) function), the account can be viewed from two areas on PRACSYS, the:

•       Recoveries (.RC) application; and
•       Claims Management (.CM) application.

The following shows a specific invoice record in the Claims Management area:

Recovery account data mirrors that from the RC application.  It is a practical way to view all activity for an invoice, from its determination through to full recovery of any overpayment in connection with it.
