Entering Details On PRACSYS

While the claims manager is not responsible for adjusting the recovery account record to reflect that an overpayment has been written off, it will be his or her responsibility to ensure that claim comments are added to PRACSYS. Follow up review and/or recovery of the overpayment will also need to be undertaken at a later stage.

The creation and generation of a diary will provide a reminder when review and/or recovery should commence.

	'CREATE/AMEND CLAIM COMMENTS' in the Claims Management application
	'CEASE OR SUSPEND LIABILITY' in the Claims Management application
