State Office Performance Reports

Each month, all state managers receive detailed report listings of overpayments from PRACSYS for recovery accounts for their respective state offices.

There are four reports issued:

  • Outstanding Recovery Accounts;

  • Recovery Account Activity;

  • Recovery Account Non-Activity; and

  • DIRPAY Recovery Non-Activity.

These reports are a critical part in the process of managing the recovery of overpayments for state offices.  While they reflect the monthly end result of the current status of overpayments yet to be recovered, they can also be used to:

  • determine workloads;

  • expected recovery income; and

  • recovery progress.

The purpose of issuing these reports to managers is to ensure that each state office claims area is undertaking its very important role in recovering overpayments, on an ongoing basis.  They are also used by Comcare's internal Audit area, to monitor how recovery action is proceeding.
