Setting Up Access Profiles

In order to be given access to PRACSYS, all staff are initially required to fill out an Access Request Form.  The form must specify which functions are required and which Group and Team the user will belong to.

Once this is complete, the respective supervisor will need to authorise the form.  It may then be passed either to the local Management Information Officer (MIO) or in his or her absence, PRACSYS/Operations Help Desk staff.

The form has been designed to align with PRACSYS fields.  This allows new profiles to be quickly and easily entered onto the system by the MIO or Help Desk.
