Section 37 (2)

“A rehabilitation authority shall not make arrangements with an approved program provider who is not approved by Comcare under section 34.”

Rehabilitation providers go through a rigorous selection process and are then subject to ongoing quality

assurance evaluations. Employers cannot use rehabilitation providers, who have not been approved by Comcare, to set up RTWPs.
