Reports
As with many other areas of PRACSYS, the information entered for RTWPs is critical to what is eventually reported on.
There are quite a large number of reports that are generated from PRACSYS that tie in so importantly to information recorded here.
Reports are run as on-line and off-line processes. National Business Managers, State Account Managers or rehabilitation advisors can request on-line reports, using report parameters of their choice. This allows them to partly customise reports to suit individual needs.
However, these reports are also run every month, are printed at a printing bureau, Hermes Precisa Australia (HPA) and then distributed to State offices.
There are nine reports printed:
-
10 Day
Claims where no RTWP has been received and where there has been 10 days incapacity;
-
Outcomes of Closed RTWP's
RTWPs which have been closed, with details of key performance indicators included;
-
Open Active RTWPs
All active and open RTWPs;
-
Open Inactive RTWPs
All expired RTWPs, which still remain open;
-
RTWP Durability
All RTWPs which were closed 3 months prior to the report, providing information regarding the durability of that rehabilitation (such as whether it has been successful, whether the employee has remained at work, and so on);
-
Rehab not Required
Claims where rehabilitation has been deemed as 'not required', but the claim has still exceeded certain incapacity duration and/or cost parameters;
-
Approved Provider Performance
A listing, by rehabilitation provider, of all their RTWPs that are open and closed. The intent of the report is to indicate the performance of the provider;
-
RTWPs Received
Once a specified period is selected, this report shows a list of all RTWPs received for that period;
-
Injury Profile
A listing, by injury group (11 general injury categories), of all RTWPs which have been closed.
