Amending And Viewing Existing Rtwp Details

Once a RTWP has been created on PRACSYS, it may later be amended or viewed.

However, it is recommended that if line item or Goal/Milestone records need correcting, without a RTWP Amendment being provided by the case manager, the individual functions available on the Claims Management menu be used, rather than having to navigate through pages of screens using the 'ARTP.CM' (Amend) function.

The 'amend' function is there to record that an amendment to the RTWP has been received.  It also allows for additions to both line item changes and new Goals and Milestones.

Viewing RTWP details is easy, and shows each screen that has been recorded, displaying current information.
