Section 34 (4)

“The matters to which Comcare shall have regard in deciding whether to approve a person include:

(a)the qualifications of the person and the person's employees; and

(b)the effectiveness, availability and cost of the rehabilitation programs provided by the person.”

This subsection ensures that providers are “...suitably qualified and trained professionals...”.
