Section 38 (4)

“On receipt of a request, Comcare shall review the determination and may make a decision affirming or revoking the determination or varying the determination in such a manner as Comcare thinks fit.”

Once a request for review is received, Comcare is then required to undertake the review.  Depending on what is found, the initial assessment or RTWP determination may then be changed.
