Advising The Employer
Concurrently, the employer must be advised that:

a decision has been made to award a permanent impairment payment to the employee (subject to any election by the employee to sue);

the employer may request reconsideration of that decision within 30 days of the date of the decision; and
-
they must advise whether they intend to request reconsideration of the decision.
