“where the employee is employed for more than 50% but not more than 75% of his or her normal weekly hours during that week - of an amount that, when added to the amount that he or she was able to earn during that week in suitable employment, results in an amount equal to 90% of his or her normal weekly earnings.”

Compensation + earnings equal to 90% NWE are payable where the employee works from 51% to 75% (inclusive) of his or her normal weekly hours.

Based on this percentage, the calculation would be:

90% NWE - AE = COMPENSATION
