For pre-premium off budget cases

The same procedure applies for pre-premium cases as for current employees.  Differences arise once the incapacity advice has been issued to the employer.

As Comcare does not reimburse off budget employers for pre-premium cases, it is the responsibility of the employer to arrange payment, deduction of tax and issue of group certificates.
