How The Sections Are Divided

Section 19 (3) (a) provides for:

total incapacity, with an entitlement of 75% NWE;

Sections 19 (3) (b) to (f) provide for:

sliding increased benefits from 80 to 100% NWE, depending on the amount of hours worked.
