A case involves an employee, a working mum, who is suffering from a medically supported anxiety state.

She is claiming that she is 'burnt out' and that her workload over the last year has materially contributed to the condition.  Her employer in a statement attached to the claim has supported the extensive workload.

The employer, however, has also indicated that two days preceding the employee's date of injury, she had an argument with the person sitting next to her about the quality of 'mothering' a working mother can provide to her child.
