The Services Account Managers Provide

NBMs and SAMs provide a focused service to large, complex and/or sensitive customers who need co-ordinated Comcare management of their accounts.

This service includes:

  • regular contact with the customer;

  • premium presentations;

  • analysis of claims performance data;

  • the development of broad strategies to assist customers to reduce their premium; and

  • improvements to service quality.
