Executive Information System (Eis)

Every month State Managers and CSMs are able to view updated information from a process called EIS.  It provides a number of graphical, tabular and other statistical reports on how the office is performing.

The figures that are provided show comparisons between all the State offices, so there is a clear indicator of how the office is performing nationally.

The information is based on performance indicators set by the Commission.  It also provides workload statistics.

The package is professional and in a highly presentable and easy to read format.
