Defining 'Specified By The Minister'

OPERATIONAL ADVICES No 104 Meat Inspection and Zoonotic Diseases - Treatment of Claims Under the CERC Act 1988 and No 113 Administration of Radiation Claims

As per section 7 (1) (b), the gazette referred to is Gazette No S365 dated 30/11/1988, section 4. This is attached to all hard copies of the Act.

Basically, what the gazette details is a list of occupations, and known diseases corresponding to those occupations (such as meat inspectors and zoonotic diseases).
