  • Accommodate referral by Claims Manager by providing appointment within 5 days of initial contact

  • Conduct employee interview and psychological assessement, liaise with treating doctor and contact the workplace.

  • Provide written report in accordance with suggested reporting format to Comcare Australia Claims Manager within 10 days of referral.
