Operational Advices (OAS)

These papers are provided to assist with day to day work, particularly administration of claims. They cover important issues such as policy and legislative change. All OAs are available on the 'Key to Quality' server within the 'Claims' folder.

As OAs are policy, they must be used in the claims management process.
