Category Types

The diary categories are, in order of most to least used according to PRACSYS:

• CLM — Claims management;
• USR — User chosen diaries (similar to 'FLOC' reminders);

• INCIncapacity;

• INV — Invoices;

• RTP — Return to Work Plans;

5

• DOF              Direct payments;

6

• REC — Reconsiderations/AAT

• OCC — Occurrences;

8

• ACC — Accounting;
• FIN — Finance section;

9

• POL — Policy management; and

10

• PER — Personal diaries.

At any one time, there may be a number of diaries against any of the listed categories, depending on the nature of the work being done.
