Diaries From The Claims Management Menu

There is a function key, F11, at the bottom of the menu that can be used to create a diary.  The claim number will automatically attach to the diary, as it is being created from within the claim record.

User diaries would normally be created from here, for similar reasons as for use of the FLOC diary function.

There is also an option to record Personal diaries from within this area.  Once the 'PER' code has been selected, any reference to a claim will disappear.
